Update

Wow, I've been superduperly very horribly bad at updating lately!!!
I won't make any excuses, because I should always take a few mins to write something.. bad me.

Ok, quick overview of what's been going on in the world of Aislynn:

- I just celebrated my 29th birthday on the 14th of April, I got a lovely fantastic Kitchenaide Mixer from my wonderful other half Mike.  It's been on my gift list for about 2 years now lol.
- I've been doing a lot of experimental baking, cooking and what not lately.  They've turned out really yummy!  Mike is rather spoiled.
- work is CRAZY, I mean, over the top can't keep up with my designs busy.  But I'm managing.  I've been bringing work home to keep up with the influx of new clients.  Don't get me wrong, busy is really good, means that the company is making money and means I am getting paid LOL!
- My youngest sister Rachel is having a baby, she is due sometime in November.
- A good friend of mine, had a baby boy at the end of March.
- Made a new friend at work, her name is Joy.  She's our new consultant, she's helping me on a few projects, which is super awesome!
- I've been doing a wee bit of sewing, and some knitting.  I've got a few new WIP's but I haven't had a chance to take any photos of them.  My poor camera had died on me.
- Oh, I'm getting a treadmill this weekend.  That's exciting.
- My parents have a new baby cow that was a suprise, didn't realize one of the cows was that far along, her name is Nutmeg.  The other cow is due soon.  And we also have a new horse arriving at the end of the month named Brimm.

What has everyone else been up to?? Fill me in :)

Welcome to Stitch Read Cook's weekly feature!! A Day in the Life of..... A childhood spent lost in the pages of countless novels led Stefanie to college, where she majored in English. No one was more surprised than Stefanie when she actually put her degree to use and landed a job in Amazon.com’s editorial department. She spent more than five years reading for a living before retiring to concentrate on her own stories. Stefanie Sloane lives with her family in Seattle.
