Caesar Salad Dressing
Receipe via. www.cooks.com
3/4 cup of oil (I used grapeseed oil)
1/4 cup of lemon juice
1/4 cup of parmesan cheese
1 tbsp of worcestershire sauce
1 tsp of salt (I only used a 1/2 tsp)
1 tsp of pepper (again I only used a 1/2 tsp)
2 cloves of garlic minced (we used 3)
1 egg (cooked) finely chopped
Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight jar and refrigerate. Make sure to shake well before use.
* I purred all the ingredients in the food processor to give it a nice creamy smooth texture.
Add dressing to romaine lettuce, topped with croutons, bacon bits and a slice of lemon and enjoy!
